hello priti. What exactly happen with you or you have faced when dealing with WTC as I have attended a presentation for WTC noida. It was quite impressing and planning to book a virtual space with assured return and after 3 years rent. Is it a good investment or no?

The Management of the WTC Manesar is full of Fraudsters/Looters who are hell bent on Looting the public money at large. This is a big time scam of veru high propoertions and I would compare it Coal scam and 2G scam. Please do not fall prey to this Monster. I demand a CBI enquiry into this scam

I think you should have a direct chat with the builder. Join owner's group and ask them directly, this might help you get a proper answer.

There is confusion about this project and many unsolved issues also. Right now about leasing they have not yet cleared any thing . many people are cancelling their allotments. I think you should check with the agent... the local agent who can give you a proper answer .
