I am planning to buy a flat in southend apartment. I have already paid a token money of 51000 rs and need pay 15% as advance payment in next 15 days. It's costing me 52lacs 2nd floor. Need to know if my decision is correct?
I am buying this for residential purpose. I know that there is no power backup but this is fine with me.
If someone can help me in with answers to these questions:
1. How's the environment (social, people etc).
2. What is the maintenance cost per month? Broker told me that it will be around 600 rs per month.
3. Security in society.
4. Water ? Broker told me that drinking water is available for 3-4 hrs a day and other water supply is also available via tankers.
5. 2 wheelar and car parking facility. Broker told me that there is ample open parking available. I feel this can be issue as many people may have more than 1 car being parked there. Does it create some fight over parking area?
Guys, I dont think this is a good deal.. You are not sure about the facilities like water, power back up etc and u became ready to invest 52 lakh in it? Guys please think.. for 52 lakh cant u get a better one? I feel there is something suspicious in this offer.. PLease check it asap.. Take a real estate lawyer and get all things clarified.
Hi Sanjay, I am Dhiraj, im also looking to invest in Faridabad. Can u tel me where is this project located exactly? And are there any mroe projects available?? I think it is bit costly though. ANy idea when possession will be given?
