Q: I want to know the pros and cons of investing in a rented commercial property for the benefit of monthly income. I am a bit worried of its management as I live abroad. Please advice. Sandhya.
HELLO SANDHYA....if u are getting such amount then the best way to manage is to invest in different categories. why because if u fix deposit the whole amount then u will face tax problems... my advice is to invest in different fields like..1.invest in mutual funds...2. invest in gold coins...3.20% of such amount u may can fix deposit in post office for monthly income...4.invest in plots( specially in shadnagar) why because this area is developing very fast ..as this area has certain benefits like.. 2o minutes drive from international airport. near by DLF GARDEN CITY (3000 acres), upcoming zoo park and asia's biggest amusement park. surrounded by IT and hardware parks. Hi Sandhya..i would not suggest you to sell your property. You can construct a commercial building on this land and then rent it out. The location of property also plays an important role here. Wherever you live...in today's time management of property is not difficult as it use to be earlier.
