Iam likely to purchase a flat at Miyapur, Hyderabad.

Q: The flat is on the first floor of the venture and the builder said it is under mortgage with GHMC, Hyderabad, he said to pay me some amount like 1 or 2 lakhs and he will issue me receipt and he will ask GHMC,hyderabad to release the flat, after which he said he will register the flat. Please let me know the procedure to follow by me to purchase the above mentioned flat.What is the procedure to purchase the flat? Is it safe for me to by such GHMC, hyderabad mortgaged flat by the builder?

Hello...it is better to take legal advice..he will explain you more elaborately with all pros and cons of purchasing this flat.

Hello Sir..i would suggest you to not take this flat. Such things have no guarantee...you never know in how much time the flat will be released..and never trust on builders in this case. If you want to take ..then get a written notice from builder in this regard.
