To have an own house in metro city is a very thing as prices are very high there.Beeramguda is located along the Hyderabad-Bombay NH-9 Highway, near Patancheru in the Ramachandrapuram area and provides good options to buyers for big living spaces.

Hi all..the increasing demand with time in the locality is resulting in high capital values. From past six months, the area is showing growth. The avg increase in capital values of independent houses is around 23% The area offers great connectivity to the Outer Ring road, MMTS station, Hi-Tech city etc.I personally feel that it is an added advantage.
Hi Khan...If you are looking for villas then i would suggest you to look Miyapur or Gachibowli suburbs instead of Beeramguda . You can get properties according to your budget and closer to CBD. You can also check resale options at BHEL or RTM flats nearby.
Hi...I think it is good till the project is not in the troubles areas for example the Telengana separatist area or Owaisi area or those LeT areas. .Beeramguda is a good area which is one hour away from Hyderabad
