Hi all..the website page of builder gives very less details. The project is located on eastern side of OMR..and just opposite to Green Trends.

Hi...i live on one has to make few compromise...main road ..Pollution and noise are inevitable but you will soon get use to it.

hello ...Artistica spreads on 2.5 acre and is a high rise building...Traffic Pollution is immaterial for high rise buildings .I hope a flyover will soon come in future.

Hi ..i think Artistica will take few more months to complete...it is a very high rise building. I am thinking to invest but i personally feel that pollution is only disadvantage in this project. As Suresh you told about the location... next to the main omr road and sholinganallur junction..rest is all fine .Suggestions invited.
