Documents required for the name change process are as follows: 1) Documents registered in the name of the owner. 2) Sale deed. 3) High court death certificate of the original owner. 4) Property tax Book 5) Updated tax paid receipt. 6) Legal Heir Certificate issued by the Tahsildar 7) Registered Settlement Deed Records 8) A Rs. 1 court fee stamp needs to be affixed on the name transfer application that can be obtained from Public Information Center, Ripon buildings, Corporation of Chennai. The cost of this application form could be Rs. 50.

Hi...This was the site i logged into... but, there is no zone is listed based on my location nor the division number... My area is Pallavaram, Anakaputhur... Pls advice...
Hello...property tax payment is made online for the 15 zone in that list. Pallavaram is in Kanchipuram District..the area municipality falls outside the city.
