Vertex constructions is very bad in quality, service and never worth to money. I own a flat n vertex prime. There are numerous times, i have seen water leeks in walls and ceilings. There is no proper service when i complained. There are lots of arguments i had. There are many other issues, i noticed. I will never recommend vertex constructed flats.

Traffic and roads are major problems currently.But the proposed 100 ft road to metro is completed it will be good. Regarding water,vertex has taken dedicated manjeera line to meet the water needs and this got confirned by HMWS too. 24hours majeera will be available.He is giving it in amenities list aswell.

Hi Ashish..i would not suggest you to invest in Nizampet..there is water problem and also transportation problem. Drop your idea..invest in nearby areas.

they r quoting 3350 per sft. I heard that in Nizampet water porblem is there. could somebody have any information and what would be the best price per sft.
