planning for Unitech Palm Villas. Did not make any booking yet. Need reviews

Q: I am planning to buy in Unitech palm villas. Can you please guide me as I am seeing mixed reviews about the project. Do they really keep up their commitments that they would give during sales? Also anyone who visited the place, please let me know about the area and also on water facilities.

I am looking for other options too. I heard about Pacifica aurum on OMR. Seems to be a good project, as again the common area that they consider is 33% of the unit area, i.e. if the apartment size is 1168, the common area comes to 540 sq.ft, and the living area is just 1128 sq.ft.

So please suggest me if this is the current trend, as I have heard that common area will usually be around 20%. I am searching for couple of options, if you know about any other project, kindly suggest me...

yes supratim...it also not approved by ICICI bank. I don' t know the current status right now.. but Till jan 2012.it was not approved by ICICI and HDFC . People had many complaints regarding this issue. Kindly check the status now and then proceed.

Hello Aryan..i have seen many complaints of Unitech Palm Villas in various forum. The project say that it is approved to HDFC..but many people complained that it is yet not approved by HDFC. I would suggest to investigate this matter.
