Q: Is it a good decision to invest in Nizampet area? the location is 3 km from main road near hanuman temple. I hear there is a lot of water problem. The flat is within my budget but a little concerned about return on the investment as the prices in this area are stagnant
Hi, I am the residential person in this localities as the major issue in this localities is Water supply. The area was once known for its ample water resources but with the advent of housing projects, surplus pressure was exerted on ground water resources which ultimately resulted in near depletion.
Hi Kashif, I think you are right but in current situation Residents here are dependent on water tankers, which are available on a daily basis but add up to monthly expenses.
Nizampet comes under Gram Panchayat, the water distribution pipelines from the over-head tank, has not been installed by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board. Other than this area is more liveable once. Proposed Metro terminal and intercity bus terminus at Bachupally are in proximity of Nizampet.
Hello Rajiv..i would not suggest you yo invest in Nizampet area of Hyderabad. This area faces two major problems...first is the water scarcity problem and the second is the transportation problem. I think these two reasons are big enough to drop your idea to invest in Nizampet.
Hi Rajiv..i personally feel that Nizampet is one of the fastest growing suburbs around the IT corridor of Hyderabad. This area is very affordable and is pollution free. Many residential projects are coming up in this area.
Nizampet is preferred by professionals working in IT hubs, such as HITEC City which is about 9 km away.Capital appreciation and rental values are cheaper compared to neighbourhood localities such as KPHB Colony and Miyapur.
