i have gone to their site last week but surprise to see that they don't even marked their land boundary properly and guards from other builder were guarding there. i don't understand this. if someone have more informtion. please post it
I also came to know that they do not have any bank approval and other apporval from authorities. they even do not own land yet in dharuhera. toooo risk. be careful and check all papers b4 investment.
Today I visited their office they dont have the approval letter from the above said banks. What they say that they will be get the approval within a week or so then they will increase the price.
The sales guy had called me to tell that the rates are going to be increased to Rs 3,000.. He asked me to book immediately as the price is low- rs 2,500.. When i asked him abt ownership documents and all he said that everything is clear.. Then I asked him to send me a letter from the Banks which have approved this project... according to him HDFC, LIC etc have approved this project...so lets see if he comes back with any approval letter etc....
Hi guys, if this builder doesnt own the land in Dharuhera, the how could he get approval from HDFC, PNB and DHFL for their project??? I had enquired them and they told that they have already sold 50% of the toal 528 flats to be constructed in 12 towers within the complex.. if anyone has new updates then pls revert...
Guys.. Air Armada Construction Pvt. Ltd. is the builder.. When i had enquired about this project, I got to know that the builder doesn’t own the land on which the project is coming up. I was advised not to hurry in dealing with this project but to wait and see whether the builder has no issues. I tell the same thing to u guys if anyone is interested to buy, please check the land records first..
Armada Residency, is situated in a prime location in Sector 1 of Dharuhera. It is close to NH-8. As far as I know, the builder is not that great but the location is advantageous.
