First of all is it VGN HAZEL or HAZEL? Then they will not bother you after paying money. You will not have any point of contact Because they will say We are not VGN its some othe people. So be careful with your money

Hi Shahul...Its HAZEL but VGN is promoting as a builder since hazel is from malaysia and they need a top builder to promote their property..

Avadi is a very nice & decent locality. It has very high degree of connectivity by road and rail and Optima Upgrade is located just 700 meters from the state highway 55 connecting Avadi - Poonamallee - St. Thomas Mount in this locality.

Hi Ipe Sam, UDS is un dividend share..which means out of the entire area allocated to you the unique land which will be registered in your name is UDS. which is normally 33% in the flat or apartments system.

Hi Murali, myself visited the site last month and they told the same rate only, i think there is no difference in rate, vasanth said it is very small, but i dont feel so,plan was good. i am ok going with that

Hi My friend visited the site and he told me that the design of project is like a matchbox i. e pigeon hole design). I personally feel that such design will not offer enough ventilation and light to the house. Not worth buying.
