i done some kitchen shelves in my 1 bhk apt [ not wood work ]. but some how iam only getting 4500 pr month rent.

8k i dont know whether we can get on not , and i am not in hyderabad now. so i dont know

Hi Vikram , If you want to squeeze the best rental returns from your property, it is advisable add few features that will attract a better yield:
1. Proper Whitewash
2. A beautiful entrance
3. Furniture
4. Storage space etc..

What are the things that add value? There is no definitive list.there are some items worth considering which have drawn a demand in general, and therefore, improve marketability and sales.
1. A well landscaped front yard
2. A covered outdoor area
3. Storage is also highly sought.
4. Neutral and earthy colours are essential to ensure you have the best marketability.

For 1 bhk , regestration is over and they handovered the keys as well , but moving would be on june 1st 2014 (i got the confirmation from my friend , is it true , please confirm .
Appreciate if you guys know how much would be the rental value for 1BHK appartment in chitrapuri colony
