Is it a HMDA approved project? Which all banks are providing home loan for the same and what is the structure of the project?

Yes the project has got approval from HMDA and you can avail home loans from banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, State Bank of India, ICICI and State Bank of Hyderabad. It is a Stilt+5 Floors structure.
