what is the future of DLF Express Green M1, manesar?. can any body say if, I invest now in that project as investor, what profit I can expect in 2014?

dear sanjay,

there is less chance of apreciation in time of one year in particular project. if you want to invest for small period i,ll suggest you to go with fresh booking, pre launch project you can get there upto 1000 Rs per sq yard increase in one year of span.

Hi people i have invested in this project but now i got a cancelation letter from the builder. I have paid the amount with bank loan from citi bank. Can the builder do this ?

Hi Mr Sanjay, even i was wondering if DLF Express Greens in Sector M-1, Manesar would be a good coming oposed Metro Station in very close proximity - around 1 km also1 Km from Industrial Hub i.e. IMT Manesar and around 4 ½ kms from the Proposed ISBT, so looking at the locality and connection... i feel it is a good project to invest in
