Why they didnt keep it sale all this while..they say they got first muncipal approval around 5 years back..that expired and got new one..are there any issues because of that..seems they dont have manjeera approval yet?

Property is good , but price seems to be bit high....not that worst...Builder is not interested to reduce the price...

Gauthami Developers was established in 2005. They seems good developers..they have more than 10 projects in their hand.They are into both residential and commercial projects.
