i want to buy 2 BHK flat in janapriya metropolis in motinagar...i have seen some bad reviews about janapriya..so now i prefer that because of its location that is near to city..so please suggest me that can i go for it or not..right now what is the report of janapriya metropolis...?

As per proximity to the city is concerned, this is the best location and very near to educational sectors of Ameerpet and S.R.Nagar. I suggest go for it. It takes more than 2 years to handover but worth it . Construction quality is pre-cast concrete moulds which has slight heat absorption though but no complaints.

Hi Rajiv..my cousin bought a flat in Janapriya Arcadia few months back and he told me that the quality and facilities provided by then are very satisfactory. The recreation area is also very good and all owners enjoying indoor games. Talking about the construction quality..it is also good...
