Q: Hello..what is the real estate potential of investing in KK Nagar? what are the upcomming projects in this area?

KK nagar is just 6 km from Airport and 11 km from railway station. One can find good schools and shoppinf complexes nearby.

No apartments are more preferred than plots and villas. Two bedroom apartment is more preffered. The price of apartments in 2006 was around Rs 2400 to Rs 2500 per sq ft. And now it is around RS 10000 to Rs 11000 per sq ft.

Are plots preferred more than multistory apartments..??

Hello..i personally think that KK nagar is one of the most preferred locality to invest.Earlier, this area was not having good infrastructure. The Tamil Nadu Housing Board turned this are into residential hub. The area had 80 ft wide roads 40 years ago also.
