If you want to buy or invest in Sarita Vihar then , it has a variety of flats in terms of area and prices. MIG flats and HIG flats are available which can accommodate people from lower income groups or labour class. Even flats are available for middle class people who can invest 60 lac to 1.3 cr. I think the HIG flats are between 1.95 crore and 2.25 crore with 1500 sq ft area. So u guys need to research and then invest according to your budget.

Hey even the facilities are good in here . Like good hospitals and schools. Even NRI s opt for this place.

People one more reason can be the National Highway 2 which is also called as Mathura Road. I guess just across this road there is a commercial estate with international showrooms if automobiles and BPO s . hence if there is commercial estate , its very obvious that the residential demand will increase.

I think the main reason the place is getting developed because of the rise in infrastructure.As the upcoming second metro connectivity from Janak puri to Sector 37 Noida via Sarita Vihar, is boosting up the areas development.

As a location Sarita Vihar in terms of real estate is as great as NCR regions. In south Delhi this is the place thats rising up interns of real estate. The advantage of this location is, it is close to the borders of Uttar Pradesh . Hence the demand of the house is alway high in this area.
