Hi Tusharbhai, Looking at your surname, I think you are a Brahmin. I am too. What happened that you are so frustrated? I do have purchased a 2BHK flat at Atlantis park. Orchid H-302. I accept that they have delayed the project and I am paying pre-EMI for the last 2 yrs. About the construction material and quality we old can know when we start living there. I had some complaints too and I have pointed those issues to marketing and technical team and they solved all of them. I don't know the reason behind the delay of project but I think that may be a common thing in real estate industry (Like 2-3 years). But except that I think there are some good points too from their ends. My experience is good till now as they have solved all issues which I had. Have you raised your concerns with the concerned people? Haven't they helped you?
