Yes Ravichandra, the project has been approved by the concerned authorities. I am not a broker, but I have heard that there is good growth potential in Sathanur.

1. is this layout is approved from local authority? (generally any green belt area to become residential property it requires a permission)?
2. how good Area is to be in future?
