Dear Investors / Buyers,

Please do check with Residents in KRITA about Stepsstones before investing.

Most of the positive reviews posted by their own it seems. So dont belive until you check with the residents in KRITA before buying flats.

Check the following things: Quality of construction, Quality of Amenities, Local Legal Issues, etc..

No peaceful environment here. No Positive energy here.

Please please please dont invest in STEPSSTONES until get clear review.

Hi all,
Stepstone is one of the renowned builders in Chennai and it has delivered approx 21 projects and 10 projects are in ongoing status. As far as carpet area is concerned, it vary from project to project and varies from 66 to 85 % of the total area. Please ask with the builder, he will definitely help you as it is a common question from end user so builders have to answer it.
