Residents of the housing society claimed that the builder earns around Rs 8-10 lakh annually as rent from these two cell phone towers.
The developers have to say that earlier the building did not have any specified Floor Space Index (FSI) and to recover the expenses for the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) which costed around Rs 40-50 lakh, it was needed.
