TDI City Sector 110-111, Mohali

Q: Hey, has any one invested in this project? can some one please share with me the details?

Hey, I agree with you. Even my visit to Mohali in the month of December 2012, I also went to Sector 110 and it was quite impressed with the pace there and the fact that you can develop the plot tomorrow if you want. Then I went to Emmar and Unitech sectors and was bit taken back, even though they are no way near to possession, still asking price/sq yard is in huge premium to TDI - Sector 110

Do you mind sharing the price / sq yard you have paid for the plot and plot size?

So you mean to say that compared to Sec 111, Sec 110 is doing much better in all aspects (roads, development, market rates etc) ad also, the registry rates were revised last week to 18000 psy.?

The structure they are provising on the ground is 3 houses are under construction, Booths have come up in place of their old marketing office, showrooms are complete (with one also ready to open-Burger girl),TDI Flats (Tuscan) is moving fast, more and more people are moving in TDI and I also got to speak to the owner of one of the houses under construction and he guided me to his contractor. They have been building this house for a year and it will take another year to complete. He says already spend 50 lakh (for 3 floors) and another 15 lakhs to complete.

Guys, I was in Chandigarh for 2 weeks i have visited the site twice and frankly compared to Emaar, Unitech, Pearl and Ansal this project is the fastest in terms of development visible on site. It is due to TDI's strategy of building apartments on plots and selling flat wise (which seems to be working well).

all i know is TDI City is one the highly developed and well designed area in Mohali. TDI all flats, commercial and residential plots are almost booked and do note that all small enclaves are developed because of TDI City. There are new duplexes are constructed in TDI at the side of new sunny enclave.

I have asked about this, agents told me that from 14000 to 20000 Basic depending on where the plot is located.
There are 4 kinds of Independent floors at TDI.
1. TDI My Floors are delivered (some families, including my uncle moved there)
2. TDI Tuscan (on 200 Sq Yds) under construction, advanced, possession in 6 months
3. TDI Tuscan exclusive (on 250 Sq Yds) sample ready, follow up on success of Tuscan
4. TDI Affordable homes (on 178 Sq Yds) this land was not a part of project initially, was acquired and later added to the master plan.
SO i will conclude, that due to the proximity of Landran junction and University, the flat concept seems to be working very well for TDI, investors and end users.
