You should get these documents checked from a lawyer:
Title deed / certificate of title of the land
Encumbrance certificate
Torence Plan
Pledged land
Property Tax receipts
Measurement of Property
Owner or Owners
Deed/ Sale Agreement
Ramesk Polekar
