Hi..The builder SRM Engineering Construction Corporation Ltd also seems good...they are Chennai based developers only and i have not heard any complaints about this builder. have you..??

According to me SRM Green Pearl is worth investing project It is offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments at just Rs 3000 per sq ft.
