Have heard that there are some disputes going on ,between the builder and internal project staff ..so there is a change in the complete architecture , plan and project ...is it true ?? or is it that still everything is same

Who told you about the dispute.. what is it regarding? But anyways the builder cant change the project completely without buyers' consent. Only if all the buyers agree to it, they can change the plan..
