Hi rajiv..rental yield will surely fetch you more. You can rent out your flat say 2 bhk flat somewhere between Rs 15000 to Rs 20000. I don't think it is a bad deal. There is high demand of rented apartments in Siruseri.

Siruseri is a very good location to invest...developers generally targets development of mid-segment projects in Siruseri. Thus you can get flats at good rates.

No i don't work in that IT park..i am just think from investment point of view, Will it give good rental yield ..? Please let me know few good projects for investment.

Hi rajiv...i recently bought a flat in Siruseri..it was not that high. If you are working in SIPCOT IT park then it will be the best investment.
