The project is expected to get completed by end of this year and the project has got all the necessary approvals from CMDA and all leading banks. The price of apartments here ranges from Rs 40.86 lakhs to Rs 1.19 crores.

yeah..it was launched in Jan 2012..Sobha developers entered Chennai realty market by launching tow projects "Sobha Serene" and "Sobha Meritta"

The price of these dreams apartments are starting from Rs. 31,36,000 onwards. But do you think flat will be available..?? As per my knowledge..it was launched last year.
