Hi..i recently bought a flat in Chaitanya Summit. I think you should check out there. You can also look Kalakshetra Colony and Besant nagar for a 3 bhk apartment at good price.

Hi Ales..Since you know Adyar embrace high end projects..thus a 3 bhk apartment in Adyar will cost you around Rs 2 crore to Rs 3 crore.
