Advice on an investment in Hyderbad(Mallampet/Bowrampet)

Q: Hi,

We are thinking to invest in a property in a gated community either in Mallampet or in Bowrampet? Can anybody tell us whether investing in these areas is a good option? What could be the proposed developments in these areas in near future?

Is Hyderabad a good market to invest? I am looking to invest around 45-50 lacs in a residential property. Can you please recommend good area and builder in Hyderabad. My priority is to fetch good rent return and eventual appreciation too on this investment. Thanks!

Very wise decision to determination Hyderabad for investment. Gachibowli, HI-TECH, Miyapur will be the right areas for consideration. You may wish to bear in mind Aparna Cyberzon or Sunway Opus Flexi Villas for such investment.

after few years your present investment may increase 4-5 times.
the features of these venture is near to outer ring road (price : Rs.4999 per sq. yard)

Hi If you are looking for individual houses and villas at affordable rates then go for Bowrampe

I would advice you to invest in Mallampet..it has more residential projects than Bowrampet. You will have more choices and moreover..they are more affordable.
