Yes I have invested in turquoise, you are really worried about if builder has permission , put an RTI in BMC and you will get reply in 28 days

Hello , the turquoise , nirmal life style builder claims that he has the permission to construct 39+5 floors but i m really worried with what is happening at Worli, campa cola apartments. has any one got the paperts checked with a lawyer?

Rates were10700 Rs psf + floor rise + registration and stamp duty. and the possession date told by builder is 2016 December.

Hi not recently but 2 month before i went their to esquire the status as i was interested in buying an apartment and i have bought one. Uptill that time the podium and 1st floor slab word was done. since then i have no idea. have you invested in Turquoise?
