investment in hyderabad

Q: i want to invest in hyderabad. pl suggest me should i go for plots or appartments. my time horizon is 3-4 yrs. if plots pl suggest me the area out of shameerpet, mokilla, shamshabad. if i have to invet in appartments then whr and which builder. my budget is 30 lacs. i also then want rent form the apartments pl advice.

Hi Dhananjay, I think Kothaguda, Nanakramguda and Kondapur in West Hyderabad saw significant development activity during first half of 2015 from prominent developers such as Prestige Group and Ashoka Builders.

Hi In my wording I think in the long term, East Hyderabad should see more traction in terms of launches, especially along the Warangal highway, once the ORR and the metro connecting it to the western locations are completed.

@ Dhanajay, I think Apartment and villa projects within gated communities have been gaining the buyers’ favour in recent times due to the access to social infrastructure and security. so I think if your love nature and open space go for Villa.

If you are investing in newly launched or under constructed property then ..the project will take around 3-4 years for completion. You can invest in gachibowli, Kukatapally etc. In premium area like Hitech city..you can buy a 1 bhk apartment. You can get good rental yield.

Hi Aman...i would suggest you to invest in Plots. You should go for plots in Shamshabad. You can get one as per your budget. Property prices will surely increase in near future.
