Q: i want to invest in hyderabad. pl suggest me should i go for plots or appartments. my time horizon is 3-4 yrs. if plots pl suggest me the area out of shameerpet, mokilla, shamshabad. if i have to invet in appartments then whr and which builder. my budget is 30 lacs. i also then want rent form the apartments pl advice.

If you are investing in newly launched or under constructed property then ..the project will take around 3-4 years for completion. You can invest in gachibowli, Kukatapally etc. In premium area like Hitech city..you can buy a 1 bhk apartment. You can get good rental yield.
