Title Clearance in Goyal Intercity

Q: I was planning to buy a 3bhk flat in Goyal Intercity Block B. However, I have heard that due to some title clearance problem banks do not give Home loans. Need to know whether I should try or not.

Hi Kaushak..i would suggest you to wait..until banks don not give home loans..there is a title problem.
