Chennai metro would lead to a boom in property prices. Anna Nagar is one such area where two metro stations are being planned and experts suggest that it would lead to a boost in the property values. Hence making it a great opportunity for people to invest in the area. Builders are looking to establish their projects in such areas as well giving you viable options to invest in. Radiance Realty has planned to establish luxurious apartments in the area. So, if you are looking to invest in such areas, you can look up Radiance Realty to see what they have to offer.

Hi, Chennai real estate market has been witnessing a low demand for property in the past few years. However, the metro will have a positive impact on the residential localities in the neighborhood and will attract demand for commercial spaces as well. The metro network in the city will definitely witness a rise in valuation of properties, and help thousands of people residing and commuting in certain areas.

Hi,
Due to metro line the major problem of Chennai that is congestion during pick hours should be shorted out. While before it was only South Chennai that saw reality appreciation, post the metro, North Chennai too has seen a positive impact.

The Chennai Metro will give the much-needed impact to the real estate market of the city.Chennai may have got the metro four years back, but the recently opened line in Chennai has certainly had a positive impact on the city's realty circles.

Residents and prospective home buyers along the 10 km metro stretch between Koyambedu and Alandur are benefited and areas such as Alandur, Ekkattuthangal, Ashok Nagar, Vadapalani, Arumbakkam, CMBT and Koyambedu will boost the pricing of real estate.

Hi, I think Metro connectivity in Chennai is a great move by the Chennai government as connectivity has become one of the prime factors for those who are keen to invest in a property. Metro route between areas will not only improve connectivity but will also reduce the travel time which in turn will boost the market prospect of this region.

Hi Rama, I think the Chennai Metro has become an escape route from traffic woes. The Metro ensures that the residents reach their destinations on time without having to think about the heat or the unexpected emergencies eroute.
