Q: Are you aware of the change in layout they have segregated the right side of the property with an additional boundry wall.

quality of construction is looking good, but amenities what they promised looking only on paper. i brought 2 bhk flat. and little surprise such a hard water and no water softener istalled in it

Is there a litigation on the property ? Shibi initially they told me the same thing that there will be space for landscaping but now its just a boundary wall.

I think they have put the additional compound wall because of ongoing litigation. I was shocked to see this notice in the paper.. anybody know anything about it? Please reply urgent.

Hi Bharat, Yes they have segregated the right side of the property, its not coming under this project. I was told that there will be a children's play area near the corner Right side of the plot. They are now telling that its not there. Do you have any update on this ?
