Problem joining the group...

Q: For joining teh Owners group, I have filled up the details months back..but still it says. "Your account is created on Sunrise Greens CommonFloor, but is awaiting verification from the CF Administrator and fellow owners at Sunrise Greens. "
Can anybody tell me..what takes so much time to clear this.and what kinda verifactions takes months of time.

Hi Rupesh,
We have a group in FB , which is very much Active with issues and progress. All the residents are invited there. but still if u want to join the common floor, just write to customer support or some admin, they will do it instantly.

I am also having the same problem. It seems they are collaborating with the builders and not allowing the resident owners to get in touch with each other as the project is still not completed and the resentment might be growing. On top of that the Builder is not bothered to reply to any communication in this regard.
