I agree, there is no slightest decency in sureka management to respond back on queries. I was reached out by Mr Tarak for possession on my apartment of A-604 and when I challenged back on the additional cost which was not in original agreement plus no adjustment of penalty and confirmed basement parking, since then I haven't heard anything from them yet.
Hey guys - I think the Surekha mgmt is fooling us into taking possession. I have been to the site 3 times in 1 month and dont see it ready for folks to live in. It should take at least 3 months at the earliest to complete...Also the basement parking is not yet done....you should not be taking possession unless your parking spot is confirmed as well.....SERIOUS ISSUES.....
i recently visited the site and still most of the amenities and facilities work under progress, and more over the electricity ( i mean here the electrical connection from the wbseb) is still not completed and they are asking to use the DG instead.
Can they legally ask to take possession if the site has under construction zones? They might be pushing for it because the longer they delay the more penalty they incur.
the amenities are still in progress and optimistically it will take another 4-5 months for things to be in place.Also there are many labours working there, so it will not be possible for someone to start staying there in next 2 months.Whats our options now???
