look at the amenities man and they are construct a three story home for you with private garden, clubhouse and all the amenities what not. still you are saying its an expensive deal. well i have been to the site and its beautiful. I m planning to book a villa in this project

The price starts from 1.5 carore.i m finding the project very expensive. it is around Rs. 8800 sq ft.

It is an high end villa project. in all their are 145 luxury willas, size ranges from 1700 to 2400sq ft. IT has all the modern amenities like jacuzzi & pool shower, swimming pool, pool deck, Multipurpose hall, gymnasium etc.
