Land belongs to Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB). DMRC will have to buy the land from Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board for Rs 1.88 crore per acre approx.

Yes, to built up colonies for the 1000-odd residents of Trilokpuri in east Delhi were relocated. DMRC planned to construct new houses for residents on an alternate plot in the same area.
