Bachelors not allowed in Dosti Acres??

Q: Two of my colleagues and I (all lawyers) are looking to rent a 3 BHK, and liked the location, price and amenities at Dosti Acres. However, we were discouraged by brokers, who told us that there is apparently some policy against renting flats to bachelors.

Is this a society policy, or just something that certain flat owners privately believe in?

We would really appreciate some guidance on this point. Thanks!

This might be their policy as some bachelors enjoys late night party on weekends or loud music .. etc.. so some societies don't discourages the owners of the apartments to not give their flat on rent to the Bachelors.
