Hi Vibhor, There are areas like Sohna road where in its like ready to move in as soon as possession starts and even you can get ready to move in apartments. New Gurgaon is an area where in it will take 2 years from now when you can plan to move in. Dwarka Expressway is another area where you can move in 4-5 years from now. It depends on your requirement in terms of no. of rooms, your preferred location (near your office etc.) & budget

There are lot of Residential projects which are coming up in Gurgaon like Orris Spring Homes, 3C's Greenopolis, Ashiana Homes, Plots by Vatika etc. Further there are commercial projects like service apartments by Baani, Low maintanence shops by Baani, Ansals, Iris.
