Hi,
I came to know still the case hearing is going on . Gurgaon police has lodged an FIR . So it is always advised to cross check all the property paper in nearby municipal office, before buying any property.

Hi all,
The Gurgaon police have lodged an FIR against a builder company for allegedly selling plots without obtaining licences from the Town and Country Planning Department and the District Town Planner (enforcement) wing.

Yah.You are totally right and the FIR was stopped by DTP(E) Anil Dabas at the Kherki Daula Police Station. Dabas claimed that the developer organization — SKM Refcon Private Limited — had been booking plots in Sectors 78 and 79 under its anticipate 'Cambrian Island'. Along these lines, it is my solicitation to all the speculators and purchasers that before contributing any area or activities please check the obliged records and approbations from the neighborhood body. Alternately, you can take the counsel of a legitimate expert.

I can understand what you might be going through putting in your hard earned money on a property that is not even your yet. However, I would say, you have to take help of the consumer forum. If you bring them to the Consumer court, you will surely get justice.

Hi, I would advice you to issue a legal notice to SKM Refcon through a reputed lawyer. If it is done by all 300 investors cheated, it will be of much more impact and the builder will be forced to return the money.
