No sir.. you can invest there.. nowadays all areas are appreciating in terms of property values.. Even in the next 3-5 years, sector 37 is expected to witness good growth.

So do u say it is not profitable to invest in Sec 37? I am looking for investment purpose, if there is not returns then whats the use of investing?

Nikhil, I agree with you.. In between it grew nearly to Rs 5000 for few months and then it was back to the same range.. @ Pardee Singh: so are there projects priced Rs 6000 at present? which are they?

As far as I have seen, the rates in Sector 37 have been around Rs 3500-4500 for over 2 years. There is not much hike in rates. I would not suggest you to invest there. I hope it is not for investment purpose.

Hi Amit, when I enquired few months ago, it was approximately around Rs 4400-4600.. not sure about the present cost..
