What can be done if the possession date for my villa has passed and construction has not yet started?

Q: I’ve booked my villa 2 yr ago & possession due date was Feb 2013.Forget about possession, the construction of my villa has not started yet. Now I’ve been told that my unit has been removed from the map & I'll be allotted a new unit number. There has been no paper work done till now & no comms on when the things will get sorted. I’m very much annoyed & frustrated by this.I’ve done full payment to the builder & I’m paying interest to the bank on the loan.Eldeco doesn't offer a construction linked plan on their schemes. If mine was a construction linked payment plan, I would have paid only booking amount till now & wouldn't have taken loan yet. I would have invested my money somewhere else which would have benefited me.I know that there are other villas also which are in the same situation so this is my request to the owners of those villas to speak up & lets join hands & think of some action plan.Also if this reaches to some property experts, it is my request to kindly offer a help.
