Equipped WiFi, kitchen setup (gas/utensils/fridge/mixer), 24-hours water supply, within 300 meters there are ICICI/CITI/RBS Bank ATMs, General merchant stores, KFC, Mc Donalds. Maid Food habit doesn't matter, preferably non smoker, alcoholic doesn't matter. Flat is located in Wanowari at Sacred Heart Town society (map link: goo.gl/maps/WPKnd).
