Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road (MG Road) near Sikanderpur to Ghata in Rajesh Pilot Road passing through Sectors 26, 27, 28, 42, 43, 53, 54, AIT Chowk and St Thomas Marg.It is connecting what to towards Sohna Road. Also Golf Course Road is located in the eastern part of Gurgaon, which is directly connected to Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road. Apart from the mentioned sectors, all the sectors near Golf course road got a realty boost due to MG Road.

There is no denying the fact that Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road has traditionally been one of the most significant real estate destinations in Delhi. The close proximity to both South Delhi and Gurgaon has made the road the epicenter of commercial and residential activity. The Delhi metro after its extension to Gurgaon has been a catalyst for increasing real estate prices. The downside is that due to lack of open spaces for new developments, a lot of buyers and investors are looking at Sohna road in Gurgaon and its peripheral areas as an investment opportunity. The ease of connectivity provided by the metro is an added incentive. While real estate property in Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road is always going to be at a premium but you will mostly find resale options rather than new constructions.

Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road also commonly known as the MG road is one of the most sought after real estate destinations in South Delhi. The road links Mehrauli in Delhi to Gurgaon and along its 20 km stretch. Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road has a host of hotels, eateries, upscale restaurants and shopping malls making the road one of the busiest. The real estate prices in the region do not follow any fixed trend because most of the open spaces have been acquired for commercial centers and townships. The property available is mostly as a resale and no new construction projects are currently happening in the region.

Mehrauli-Gurgaon Road (MG Road) is among the prime micro markets of Gurgaon. It is definitely worth investing in this part of Gurgaon. It is a 19 km stretch along the NH-236 connects Mehrauli (in South Delhi) with the Gurgaon city centre. It touches NH-8 near IFFCO colony, through which it gives easy connectivity to Delhi.
