Hi Guys,
As per recent news, with a length of 12.67km, the Badarpur-Faridabad corridor may not be the longest line in the Delhi Metro network but it will still be unique. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is using a an unique new technology to build this section.

A senior DMRC official said, "We are using U-girders in this corridor. These have been used in the airport line only." The result: an incredible 1.2km of the viaduct was built in a month, making it one of the fastest corridors being built in Phase III.

Yes that is true. Metro train services between Sarita Vihar and Badarpur stations will be affected on specific days starting February 21, 2015 due to certain technical reasons pertaining to the line’s extension to Faridabad. Trains will run on a single line between the said stations on Line 6 due to over head electricity interlinking work for the extension work of the corridor till Faridabad.

As per different sources, there will be a gap of around 16 minutes between 11 PM and the last train on February 21 and February 28 and between 6 PM and 8 AM on February 22 and March 1 as a single line will be operational. However, authorities claimed that there will be no major impact on passenger movement as the frequency will be more or less similar to a normal day’s schedule.

Availability of homes at affordable rates along with improved infrastructure have resulted in property prices to go up by 7%-10% in the last 6 months in Faridabad

There are high demand are sectors-75-78, 89 and Neharpar, as these areas boast of both residential and commercial development.
Residential properties are available across all segments –
multi-storey apartments, plots, villas and townships and are being
developed by prominent developers such as Ansal, Omaxe, Pal
Infrastructure, BPTP, Triveni, RPS, etc .

True, to get a go start for a good real estate market, the development of the area is a good factor, although how about Neharpar???

But i feel this place is bit back ward, many of people living near Ballabgarh, they need to
travel all the way to Delhi in order to reach Noida which is just on
other side of river Yamuna, hence the area is already so con justed and no infrastructure how will real estate rise??

When we talk about faridabad, its growing at a rapid pace and is among the fastest growing realty destinations in NCR area. For investment this is a good place, although the infrastructure of the place should be taken care a bit

Faridabad has already been seeing good growth in terms of real estate and infrastructure as well. The Badarpur-Faridabad corridor is an extension of the existing Central Secretariat-Badarpur Metro Line. Around 9 metro stations have been planned on this corridor extending upto YMCA Chowk in Faridabad- Sarai, NHPC Chowk, Mewala Maharajpur, Sector 37 A, Badkal More, Faridabad Old, Ajronda, Faridabad New Town and YMCA Chowk.

Hey Vasanth.. I do believe that along with extended connectivity, the real estate in Faridabad-Delhi is going to get a boost with the Faridabad- Delhi metro. Any idea which all areas will get metro stations for Badarpur-Faridabad metro project?
Himani

Hi Vasanth, Badarpur-Faridabad road will be a fully-elevated corridor. The metro stretch will connect Delhi to Faridabad and this will surely enhance the real estate prospects in that region. The project will be undertaken in DMRC’s phase 3.
