The Delhi property registration is done based on the Registration Act of 1908. The Delhi property registration ensures the ownership rights of the concerned property owner. To have a hassle free property registration, it is important to have a real estate attorney brief you about the details, the legal formalities and the documentation procedures. The Delhi property registration is done at the Sub registrar offices with complete record details of even the former registered properties in Delhi.
