I am also from Patna. A decent city to live and with a high growth prospect in future, that’s how I want to describe about this city. If you seeking to buy the plot as a futuristic investment, it will a great idea as there are many options available at reasonable rates. Plots will definitely bring you more returns than apartments as there is no depreciation.

I am also a Uttar Pradesh resident, but iknow about patna real estate, The development projects of the city are in its 2nd stage now, so prices are less. You may have to compromise a little on infrastructure. Several big companies includes IT companies are eyeing at Patna which means definitely this is the right time. With 30 lakhs in hand, you can own a luxury apartment in Patna.

Patna is definitely one of the rising stars in the Indian realty market. This is the best time to invest here. So many budget options are available here unlike other cities. As cities like Kolkata are stagnated, Patna offers a refreshing change, so ideal for long term investments.

You can also consider buying a built up house. There are good options for apartments too in this city. So better not to delay your decision as prices make difference even in six months time.
